Born in Montreal, Marc has lived in Manhattan, Encino, Chappaqua, Manhattan Beach and now calls Seattle home. With a degree in Industrial Relations from McGill University in Montreal and a degree in Apparel Marketing from the Fashion Institute of Technology in Manhattan, Marc worked as a sales and marketing executive in the luxury and action sports apparel industry (Fendi, Moschino, Quiksilver, National Geographic and Alpinestars-both ends of the spectrum).
Marc spent two years working at Corcoran Real Estate in Manhattan. As a leader in the greater Puget Sound real estate market with the most advanced technological tools, resources, national and international recognition, Coldwell Banker Bain was a natural fit.
From first contact through closing and beyond, Marc partners with his clients as their real estate advocate. He guides them through the complex nuances of pricing, positioning, marketing and negotiations.
Marc is a member of Coldwell Banker Bain’s Broker Council, the National Association of Realtors and is an Accredited Buyer’s Representative (ABR). He is also a member of the International Diamond Society. This designation recognizes the top 10% of brokers, by sales, throughout Coldwell Banker’s worldwide network. He is a member of the Seattle King County Realtor Ethics & Grievance Committee. He prides himself on his commitment to ethics, service and professionalism.
Marc has three children who live in Newport Beach, Laguna Niguel and Charleston SC. He enjoys skiing, stand up paddle boarding and hiking- “anything outdoors”. Museums, photography and sketching have always been passions of his. An animal lover, there were always 3 dogs in his home when his kids were growing up.
